1. Refund and Return Policy
We take pride in the quality of our natural products and services. If you are unsatisfied, please review the guidelines below:
Eligibility for Refunds:
- Refunds are available for unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
Non-Refundable Items:
Custom orders, digital products, or used products are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Products:
If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will replace the item or issue a refund.
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.

2.Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable. To ensure smooth scheduling for all clients, the following policies apply:
Cancellations:
- Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
- Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a $50 charge.
Rescheduling:
- Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before the appointment. Please contact us to arrange a new time.

3. Telehealth Services Policy
Our telehealth services provide clients with remote consultations for holistic healing and wellness. Please review our guidelines:
Eligibility:
- Telehealth services are available to clients residing in the United States.
- Clients need a stable internet connection and a device with a camera and microphone for video sessions.
Privacy and Confidentiality:
- Telehealth sessions are conducted using secure, HIPAA-compliant platforms.
- We advise clients to use a private and secure location to maintain confidentiality.
Technical Issues:
If technical difficulties disrupt the session, we will reschedule or continue by phone. Clients are responsible for ensuring their devices and connections are functioning properly.
Emergencies:
Telehealth is not suitable for emergencies. For immediate assistance, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency facility.
Informed Consent:
- All clients must sign an informed consent form before their first telehealth sessions, acknowledging the risks and limitations of remote services.
